Will your company join our efforts calling for an ambitious global agreement on nature?

Is your company ready to engage with governments and call for an ambitious global agreement on nature?

If so, Business for Nature needs your help.

We’re looking for companies who are interested in engaging in our advocacy work in the run up to the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD)’s 15th Conference of the Parties (COP15), scheduled to take place in Kunming, China. By amplifying a powerful business voice, we hope to deliver an ambitious Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework (the Framework) due to be agreed at COP15. Let us know if you want to support and engage with us by filling in our business engagement survey.

The Framework will be the nature-equivalent of the Paris Agreement on climate change.

Business for Nature is concerned that the current version is still unlikely to trigger the change needed and action necessary to halt and reverse nature loss by 2030. We have proposed nine specific suggestions that we hope will strengthen the Framework, building on our policy recommendations and with input from over one hundred businesses head-quartered in 31 countries.
