Don’t miss out: Register your interest to attend COP15
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 10 OCTOBER
The United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) 15th Conference of the Parties (COP15) will take place physically in Montreal Canada from 7-19 December 2022, under the Presidency of China.
In the largest meeting on biodiversity for a generation, countries are expected to adopt a new global agreement on nature, called the Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework. This is nature’s equivalent to the Paris Climate Agreement and a united and ambitious business voice is critical to making COP15 a success.
Business for Nature, Capitals Coalition, The B Team, We Mean Business, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and the World Economic Forum are collectively registering expressions of interest from businesses interested in attending COP15, either physically or virtually. If you are considering attending, please submit the form below.
Please note, this expression of interest does not guarantee you will receive a badge or be registered as part of a delegation to attend COP 15. We will follow up on the next steps after the deadline.
To learn more about COP15, the agenda and opportunities for business to engage, read the COP15 Business Guide.
To engage ahead of COP15, sign up to the COP15 business statement on mandatory assessment and disclosure by 18 October and join companies and financial institutions from across the globe who are calling on Heads of State to ‘Make It Mandatory’ to assess and disclose impacts and dependencies on nature by 2030.
